Mrs. Sadler works as the Administrative Assistant providing administrative support to the Head Start Director. She facilitates the development and implementation of systems for meeting Head Start Performance Standards and Mandates.

 She has 32 years of experience and expertise in working with Children, Families, and Community Agencies. She enjoys the process of empowering families to strengthen their foundation for independence, success, productivity and contentment.
