Austria was ruled by Habsburg for 640 years. Habsburg ruled Carinthina, Tryrol, and Carniola, sometimes they are known as Habsburg Hereditarty Lands lumped together they're known as Austria. Rudolf IV, Albert III, and Leopold III spilt the reclaims of the Treaty of Neuburg in 1379. Austria fought a war called the Long War from 1593 to 1606. Then the Treaty of Carlowitz controlled Austria. When the Treaty of Aix-la-chapelle was signed the war of Austrian succession was ended. Austria has fought in World War I and II. During World War II, the Spanish Riding School's Lipizzaner horses were evacuated 6 times to avoid wars. When Germans were on the way to kill or capture the white stallions, Patton took his soldiers and when cross country to bet the Germans to the white stallions and take them home to the Spanish Riding School.
